Well here is part of the problem. Whomever was supposed to bed this action let a bunch of the epoxy go up under the barrel and mostly on one side. So as it heats it pushes the pressure on one side of the barrel.

Ground out the old epoxy, adding support points with the barrel 100% free floated. Groups are improving dramatically across the various weights. It would help it I was not freezing my butt off at the range.
