I've got 2 grizzly bear skulls for sale from an estate (Permit #25-011-O from Fish and Game). Also have 2 black bear skulls and 2 wolf skulls. The grizz. skulls are $200.00 each. Black bear skulls are $150.00 each, wolf are $100.00 each.
All skulls were professionally cleaned with dermestid beetles and the prices of skulls are equal to or less than what one would pay for having the skulls cleaned. I can pm you more pictures of any particular skull if you're interested.
