New people

From time to time I meet new people here on the forum. Some become great friends and some don't. Today a guy walked into my store and introduced himself. He's been in Alaska for 15 months and seems to be having a great time. He has a law enforcement back ground though he's not currently doing that. We met on this site and we've talked a bit on it. He's a welcomed member of the group of people I've met from this site and I look forward to spending time with him on the water and in the woods.

Some people don't come here to meet new people, I think it's a shame, some of the people I've met on this site are the nicest people I know. It's kind of like going hunting and thinking that the only thing you get out of a hunt is the meat you brought home, IMPO

I will let the new guy rat himself out if he want to.

If anyone else want to come to the store to say "HI", please do.

It was a real pleasure meeting you and your wife today! I’ll definitely be back to your shop and can’t wait to spend some time in the woods and on the water with you.

If any other people are on the fence about stopping by his shop, it is most definitely worth your time. Mark is really fun to talk to and the shop is full of awesome items.

I don't get to Fairbanks very often, but if I ever do again I'll do my best to stop in.....that's for sure Mark.

I need to swing by the shop too next time I'm up north. There's never a bad time to absorb knowledge from folks who have been there and done that. There's so much institutional knowledge spread across the various aspects of life in our state here on these forums. Mark's stories are a great example. I love reading them.
