I'm looking for land or cabin w/land on this side of the bridge in McCarthy. Not a millionaire here so looking for something reasonable. Land: 25K, cabin w/land: 35K. Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller? ...

There is a real estate agent in Valdez that is selling lots about midway between Chitina and McCarthy (sorry don't remember the name). I looked into them in 2008 so I do not know if he is still around or they are still available.
