I am a worm eater and any one else that eats halibut is a worm eater. We are very careful not to over cook our fish as we feel moist fish are better then dry fish.
Fortunately, my wife makes the worlds best Tarter Sauce and those worms taste like fish and seem to disappear when cooked, covered in batter, tarter sauce, or what ever topping is put on them.
