I'm looking for information on the use of these airboats on AK rivers. I like to run Tributaries of big rivers for Rainbows. I see that you can get a 3/8 maybe more, thickness of plastic on the bottom of these Airboats. I guess that's all well and good, but my question is how strong are they when it comes to running up some shallow stream and hitting submerged rocks or running across gravel bars, will they stand up to that kind of abuse?
