I have personally never dipped for hooligan. I have only dipped for smelt on the sandy river down in Oregon. My neighbor has done the 20 mile for hooligan but did not get a chance due to work. We are going to try our luck on Saturday.

We just flew up and down the Yentna and saw nothing. I'm trying to get them for my first time. Do you think they are already through and I missed out?

they might have moved up....I am reinstalling a new motor and won't get the jet boat out this weekend....but they should be showing up higher in the Su....
