Guess we just got lucky then caught that yellow eye in 120 ft of water and had other bites in 130-150 off the bluffs

Is that place close to whittier? We just started fishing out of Whittier and are looking for close places to go until we get more experienced with our boat. Any help would be appreciated!

Yep out by pigot point, We are headed back Tuesday. Just going to get a slip at the marina so I can get a good nights sleep

Yay, glad you had success that close in. Sounds like things are improving... 12 days and a wake-up until I can get back on the water for 4 days. Really looking forward to it.
