Whittier season launch, more than 1 boat?

If a person has more than one boat and they only bring one at a time they can come to the Whittier Habor Office and ask for a pass for the 2nd boat that does not have the sticker on the trailer. They will accomadate you. This applies to a person who bought a pass and rents a boat for that particular day, for what ever reason, the Harbor office will be glad to accomadate you. Couldn't I just affix the launch permit to my truck's bumper to avoid having to visit the office each time I launch a rental boat? It's not too often I launch a boat without my truck , so I would think this would be a nice solution to the problem. Let me know what you think.

That would work also, you will just have to point it out to Harbor Staff when they are monitoring the launch. Happy boating.

We are having Blizzard Conditions make sure you call harbor on the day you plan on driving down they are open from 8am to 5pm and are always happy to give a first hand update. Make sure you have traction devices, studded tires and chains available because the City Public Works is not open on Weekends and the ramps are at your own risk till the snow is gone. Harbor #907-472-2327 ext 115. Make sure to use ext.115 instead of #2 for the harbor, you are more likely to get a person than an answering machine.Happy Boating lets wish for sunshine and make all this snow go away.
