I don't see anything in the Whittier boat harbor policy & procedures rules & regulations on etiquette of a boat launch ramp, anyone interested in putting our heads together, writing one and see if the harbormaster will post it?

I love the pristine wilderness landscape picture at the onset the Whittier Rules, Regulations & Procedures; obviously these pictures are of some mythical land. I would pay no attention to these regulations; my guess is this fictitious imaginary tale is obviously someone’s idea of a joke.
