What would you fish for?

Just wondering

If you could only fish for ONE species of fish and could only go to ONE place,where would you go and what would you fish for?

One place (with currently owned gear, boat, etc.): just west of Juneau... one species? "Bottom fish".... same 16/0 circle hook rigs get halibut, sablefish, yelloweye and all sorts of other crazy stuff I've never seen before. The variety and anticipation that comes from pulling a fish out of 1500' is fantastic!

If the question didn't limit me to local stuff with my current boat, I'd say I had a barrel of fun fishing for Sunfish (mola-mola) off of Baja.... Black Marlin in Hawaii are a blast too... oh, wait... this is the ALASKA FISHING forum. Sorry, and nevermind!
