Fried some up tonight
flour with onion powder and garlic powder and pepper and parsley
then add some Parmesan cheese and fry in olive oil till golden brown
I would take some pictures but they are gone !
If you don’t process them immediately after picking, they will go bad. I use a surrogated knife to clean off any dirt under a Fossett. My wife cuts them up and puts them in a frying pan to remove most of the water. They are then put in plastic bags and frozen.
If you like mushrooms with a steak we saute’ the mushroom in butter, salt pepper to taste or in an Owlett or Spaghetti?
