What do you keep on the boat for emergency repairs?

Oh boy, Do I have a list.
On the Yukon, I have everything. All the gaskets, a very full Tool box, power tools, torque wrenches, spare water pump, fuel filter, alternator, hoses, an old distributer and coil, impeller, nozzle, main bearing and jet linkages. Come along with pullies. Gorilla tape, magic emergency tape, RTV, Gorilla glue, screws and nails. JB weld for the heat exchanger and aluminum hull. Pipe clamps, saw, hatchet, shovel, magnet to pick stuff out of the water. Fuel filters and a spare fuel pump to help transfer gas. Shop repair manual. Flares, Horn, GPS, SPOT unit, Sat phone, Throw bag at the ready, extra PFD (sometimes used as a seat cushion). Some wire, connectors, Voltmeter, wire strippers, fuses. I had visions of going light, but no more. It all has it's place, tucked up under the bow and well out of the way. First aid kit for bleeding, infection, diarrhea, constipation, pain, a suture and staple kit, Flagil for beaver fever, Tylenol for fever, antihistamine, benedryl, antacids, lotions/salves, blister stuff and a pocket medical guide.
Bare minimum. Tool set with the basics sockets, wrenches and screw drivers minus the torque wrenches. Belts, magic tape for hoses, fuses, come along and pulleys, shovel, tape, RTV, Screws and Nails, Flares, Horn, Throw bag, Extra rope.
All off the top of my head. I am sure there is something I have forgotten. A lot of this stuff is on a spread sheet that I reference for my long trips.

I have a box with... rope, spare prop, spark plugs, tape, fire making supplies, zip ties, wrenches, screwdrivers, wire, hose clamps, a bit of metal tube for bridging hose, 12" length of spare hose, 550 cord. Thats off the top of my head. Im sure there are a few more things I stuff in that box. I have a small boat too. Not a lot of room but you can never be too prepared out here.

looks like we are talking bigger boats...any particulars.
For me..pretty much everything listed as well. But in regards to emergencies..Bugout kit, flares, survival kit etc..for emergencies. think the biggest thing that has come in handy over the years is silicone, ducktape, muli-tool and tools and parts to work on engine along with electical stuff.

Much the same as Member Daved,, One additional item I like to keep on hand is a couple wax rings, the ones that go under a toilet. They work great for quickly plugging holes until repairs can be made. Works even better when mixed with straw, hair, rags etc.. Will stick underwater and to wet surfaces. Extra plug, prop nut and spare prop. Extra shear key when using the jet.
I also keep a spare high capacity bilge pump with a 6ft hose attached and alligator clips on the wire. Handy for throwing over the side to pump water in to wash down or to use in case of an emergency.
Like this one, just remove the plastic.

Tyvek tape. For hull repair, it better than Duct tape. Sticks to anything.
Lots of fuel line as well so I can syphon gas in an emergency.

I bought some of that emergency goop Potbuilder was talking about last year to plug holes.
I keep spare fuel filters and a spare belt. I also carry a spare prop (Halibut cove lagoon ate one so I quickly replaced it) and prop wrench.
I have one of those Crescent tool kits which seems to have a good selection of the basic tools.
Also like to have a strap wrench on board to change my fuel water seperating filter.
Duct tape of course is onboard.
I like to have a quart or two of oil and some WD40 and a can of seafoam.
Also carry a set of jumper cables in case I need them or somebody else need a jump.
I just bought one of these wire tools I am thinking I might carry on the boat as well. Bought it at the sportsmans show. With some wire you can make any size hose clamp you need.

Complete set of fuel filters and gaskets and the tools to change them. Most break downs I have seen were the result of water in the fuel. I always keep a 15 gal can of gas and the means to bypass my main fuel tank and run from the fuel can in the event of bad gas.
