West Cook Inlet?

Ok, it looks like I get to take a guy from Outside fishing this month. He's only going to be here for a couple of days and the 13th is the only day we can go so it looks like I'll have to suck it up and go combat fishing although I swore I'd never do it again. I'd take him out in my boat but it's down for repairs right now. Bummer

I was thinking about doing a one day trip to the other side of the inlet with him. Anybody been over there? Any reports?

I have been catching kings on the west side. Some coming in on each tide.

Yes, I thought I would check on prices for a day trip to one of the streams over there. It would be pricey but it would be one of those "Alaskan experiences" he could brag to his buddies about later.
