Wainwright open to hunting??

Does anyone know if Wainwright is open to moose hunting on transmittor road until the 30th? The wainwright cops say yes, but the regs say no. Does Wainwright have different regs they follow? Thanks

I do not believe transmitter is. The "rest of 20b" ended the 15th.
