valdez black bears

anyone been down there yet, any sighting...are they up and around the beaches or is it still too early. excited to go just not sure on when and this week will be my only chance till after mid june and i think that would be too late.. any info would be great!

Remember black bear season ends June 10 in 6D. So if you cannot make it until after that you should give it a try now.
