We were up at Goat Creek previously in late July and had good luck using gold-beaded nymphs and leeches in the creek and lake for rainbows. Got bluff charged (thankfully) by a big brown bear sow that had cubs.

Thanks. I'll keep that spot in mind. High bear density for sure.

Heard of pretty good grayling coming out of there. My grayling stand is the black gnat.
My experience is they are not picky but not much experience in lakes. Little Mepps spinners are always a good bet in lakes.
