Upper Kenai water

Holy crap is it low...I mean LOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW. I would not try to float my drifter from the bridge down or sportsmans... I would work the bridge and pull out there...I was just down there today....

your boat bottom can take it but do you want to drag your boat for most of the day...

hey Alaskachuck did you notice if kenai lake was still frozen or not ?

It was yes. Looking pretty rotted but still had ice on it

Was down there today. Skilak still locked up. Kenai is getting real close with a little bit of open water near the Sunrise Cafe and the rest of the lake looking very rotten. A good stiff wind and a few more days of warm weather oughta bust it up nicely.

This time of year Chuck, fill your raft up with Helium gas, then when you get in the shallows, just get out of the boat and lead it over the shallows....

I have a 16 foot drifter now too Max. No where to put the gas. Ok i can see where this gas comment might go so dont even think about it
