Tazlina Lake

Hi All,

Has anyone floated the Tazlina River from the lake down to the Richardson? And is there a place to put in to float from one of the streams on the Glenn flowing into the Tazlina Lake such as Nelchina Ri., Mendeltna Cr. or Rolsona Dr. and from there onto the river?
Also wondering what the hunting is along the lake edge is like?

In the past there have been some mighty fine rams taken up on the Glacier. Used to be an area that was guided - not sure how it has/will be affected by the new drawing regulations. I have also heard of several that had cabins near the foot of the glacier that had perpetual bear problems. I have no personal experience in that area....yet.
