Tankless hot water heater?

Does anyone have one? We just bought a class C and in order to make the shower a real option, we're really going to need more hot water. Any suggestions? Do you need to buy the $1000 version or do the $200-$300 ones work just as well? Thanks!

We have one of the cheaper ones at the cabin and it works fine.
