Love it!
I'm trying to locate someone to fab me a diamond plate roof.
It would need to have a 4" lip in front, beveled sides w/ lip, de-burred, mountable. Most importantly, done correctly.

Went from the Big Boss 6x6 to the Ranger 6x6 this year, I'm not sure why we waited so long.

Thanks, we're running 27" ITP XTR radials. I'm impressed with them so far
I'd kinda like to do the same, except I want to keep the sporty 500!
Can you put tracks on a factory Ranger? Have you run into any issues running tracks?

The Rear Tracks are Metal Over Rubber Tires, designed by Christian S. Hansen/The Tracks Company, to work with the 2007 Polaris Ranger 6X6 to go with the now discontinued AD Boivin Traxion + Rubber tracks on the front. They worked out that there was enough slippage between the metal tracks and the rubber tires to give the rear and front drive timing to work. Polaris still does not want to address the timing or to make it work for a 6X6 System. and yet there some companies that Custom Tack the Polaris Ranger 6X6's. Issues !!! all the tires have to have the some pressure all the time, and needed 3" spacers on the rear. Track length LOOSE is better than too TIGHT. The metal tracks will work on the solid axle units as well as the independent ones, Track length adjustable to 1" increments.

Anyone equip their Ranger with complete doors? How water tight/ wind proof are they? Big gaps or tight fit?

Yeah, I've got the poly cab with full doors on my 2011. They spend most of the time sitting in the shop leaning against the wall. I keep them off in the summer and fall mostly because there is no way to open them for ventilation. They trap steam from creek and river crossings that comes up off the engine and fogs up the windshield. It can also gets a pretty warm when they're on. In the winter though they are nice for keeping in heat while I'm plowing but I still get some fog on the windshield that can be a pain.
When they're on they don't have any "big gaps" but they aren't water tight or wind proof either. Wind resistant and keeping water from flooding into the cab might be a better way to put it.

It gets snorkeled this week and going to replace the tool box with a locker, light bar on the way for the roof, not sure about the install on that till it gets here

A buddy replaced his tool box with a 30 gallon tank, he seems happy with that. I need to give up the box to accomadate the snorkel, eventually thinking of a flat bed with some auxilary fuel tanks but not this year. Hate these muskegs with the verticle banks, cant tell how deep they are untill your in it. This one the water snubbed my air cleaner and water got into the fuel tank, definately recomend at least running the fuel tank vent up high. It seems like it should handle this much water but it doesnt thats why im going snorkel, hopefully i dont get this deep again but it seems to happen to me a lot

so I looked on the Polaris website and didn't see the option for the 6x6 in the ranger or the atv. Does this mean that they are discontinuing the line of 6x6

The word I got was they did away with anything that used the 800 motor. I guess emissions issues killed it.

Paul out at ER said it may return in '16. Thank the EPA!!
Hatcher Pass told me the same thing yesterday. Said the emissions killed the 800 engine so Polaris is redesigning the 6X6 with the 570 motor. Said it would put out the same horsepower with better fuel economy. I don't see why they just didn't upgrade to the 900..... Said the Sportsman is gone too.
