Russian?

I'm pretty new here and been down to the russian river campgrounds fishing once. I was thinking about this weekend but some of the guys are saying it is pretty dead now? Any recent input? I only have a month before I deploy again and would like to catch a fish or two. Any help would be appreciated.

The last two days weir passage just sent the YTD count over 73K... gonna be well over double the upper BEG. Without researching the entire database, that's got to be one of the biggest runs in my memory.
