Russian Lakes?

Has anyone tried fishing Upper or Lower Russian Lake. I know you can snowmachine into Upper Russian and would have to ski or snowshoe into Lower Russian. Not the easiest lakes to get to, bu maybe worth the effort?

I had a report from a guy that went up there and the fish they caught were small. He wasn't chomping at the bit to go back either

the lower lake as MAP states can be gotten too of Snugharbor road [ power plant ] parking, there are private cabins on that lake [ they look great ] thet are not plywood shack by a long shot an they do ice fish there , was in there with the wife a few years back the trail is the best out of the power plant parking lot , SID roud:
