Ruger Customer Satisfaction

I called the Ruger service department in Newport, NH today to order a new rear sight blade. The cost of the part was negligible, and the shipping reasonable. Then, a melodious voice over the phone said "We will be shipping this out to you at no charge." I am sure this does not cost Ruger much more than postage, but it means alot to me as a customer. Just wanted to share this satisfactory experience.
