remote on/off unit for cabins

unit act's like a mobile phone, call it and it turns something on or off.
i'm going to check with mta and if it's compatable, I'll use it to turn on the heater before i head up

i am guessing the unit has to be in an area with GSM cell service? AT&T or GCI???? i dont have either service at my place i do have MTA and ACS service though. would be sweet if i could start my toyo with this.
