proxy waterfowl hunting?

Is it possible to proxy hunt waterfowl for elders? I currently gift alot of my birds away to elders in the community but I would like some once in a while also. Is it possible to proxy hunt waterfowl?

I don't know, but would like to know as I do proxy for other species...could be a problem as ducks/geese are migritory and fall under Federal regulations... good question though.

I assume not since they are federally managed. Similar to the end of proxy fishing for halibut since they are also managed under the feds. I could be wrong but I have never heard of a proxy for waterfowl, call F&G and they will surely answer.

Well I got an email back from fish and game today and said proxy waterfowl hunting is not allowed
