Before I had much of a gear budget I splurged on a set of Sitka mountain pants and blew them apart in two weeks of scouting trips. I ended up picking up a pair of sportsmans warehouse brand pants. They were polyester with an ok camo pattern and they lasted the whole season with no issues at all. Cost was about $30. I prefer higher end pants w/ 4way stretch but can't say that I would be any less successful if I were still wearing them today.

Old thread I know but I found it. I'm adding need4more.com; it's a classifieds platform starting in the pacific northwest and coming to Alaska soon.
