Not getting full access

I am a supporting member for a few years, and a free member for years before that.
I no longer have a search function, and when I post, it is delayed for moderator approval. I also cannot access other member’s profiles.
Who do I contact to resolve these issues?

Negative. Still cannot see a search button, still cannot access profiles.
