Military Firearms Range Day?

Hey all you Alaska military firearms enthusiast.

I'm thinking of planning a one day informal Military Firearms shoot and show and tell this summer at the USSA Range in Talkeetna.


All legally owned real and reproduction military firearms, (US and foreign), from Firelocks, (aka flintlocks), through modern firearms, especially military surplus.


Included would be all the accouterments, bayonets, canvas and leather slings, mag pouches, en-bloc pouches, web gear, etc.


Any interest in such an event?

I would be willing to supply a can (192 rds - 24 clips) of LC '06 if someone would like to shoot a Garand. If there's interest I will get permission to use the rifle and clean it after. I get the brass and clips back.
