So the rules are kind of hard to understand. I think the rule is: no .50 caliber rifles; pistols and black powder are allowed.
So I think this means: you can't use .50 cal rifles, but you can use .50 cal pistols and .50 cal muzzleloaders.
Troopers are running a Zero Tolerance policy on any target shooting outside the range this summer. If you see them shooting over the lake or on Native land, call Dispatch and give them the license plates. That's the only way to stop those people
Aren't there areas out there you can legally shoot in anyway? Like the other pullouts/clearings near there?
