I will be using a 7mm-08 in a encore pistol for a upcoming goat hunt. I understand goats are difficult to put down quickly. With 140-150 grn bullets I get between 2500-2600fps. Has anyone used a bullet in this velocity range for goats. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I'm currently thinking of a partition or accubond. Thanks Tony.
