Quick question. My younger 18 year old brother is coming into town late June to do some fishing. I am military and a resident, he is not. Are there any special rules for getting him a fishing license since he is a family member or is he stuck getting an out of state license?

Sorry to say that he will have to purchase an out of state license. How long will he be here? There are provisions for one day, three day and 1 week licenses where he could save some bucks.

...or you can buy the appropriate nonresident license and king stamp as a gift for him... he doesn't need to do it himself.
