Knik River Public Use Area

Gov Murkowski is going to sign the legislation creating the Public Use Area on Friday (6-30 as in tomorrow) at 1:00 at the Old Glenn / Knik River Bridge. Anyone in the area is welcome.
This bill says we will be able to ride at Knik and give us ways and money to control the idiots.

Congrats on all your efforts Mike, looks like they have finally paid off!! I don't ride out there much and it's because of the idiots and careless people that go out there, now maybe the riding will be a bit safer and the area will stay cleaner!

The most important thing the legislation does is bring some enforcement presence to the place while insuring that no user group is shut out. And that is what it is all about.
