Juneau spear fishing

Any one try spear fishing at Dipac for kings? I imagine you can get pretty close to the fish ladder there since the do not allow snagging that close.

You will get a coupon if you try it in the closed area...troopers give lots of citations there.

If you’re in the legal marked designation it’s legal as long as you are in the water like a diver. Only problem at DIPAC is the volume of people fishing. I’d make sure I was not within casting range.
