Juneau freshwater options??

Looks like I’ll be in Juneau for one day only, June 8th… I’d like to try some freshwater fishing while I’m there, so easy access is a must. I don’t know anything about the area.

Any tips on where to go and what to expect? I don’t care if there’s a crowd. I’d like to bring my 6wt and try for some trout.

One more thing. I have never been to Juneau, but have ordered fly’s from Alaska Fly Fishing Goods there when I could not find what I was looking for locally. They were super nice and helpful. I have a feeling an email or call to them may be of help. Best of luck.

Wish I could, but I cannot. Flying in at 8 am and leaving at 8pm same day. All for a couple hours worth of work lol
