How bad did ya damage it? I got access to a tig welder an can try to repair if for ya for like 20 bucks

We might could do that but it's mostly the lug holes are wollowed out due to the lugs being loose. That would require filling an re-drilling I'm told.

Oh ok I figured it might have been a cracked bead or something ...that would take some skill and time for the lug wholes....is there any chance you could use a lug with a wider shoulder say like a Honda civic lug nut if the threads matched?

I found a place that makes steel inserts for aluminum rims...here's the links

By the sounds of it you just drill the wholes a bit bigger and press these in... A lot of honda atvs came with these so I'd imagine it could be a good fix

I tried to order the inserts Friday but they have a weird system of order and try call you to discuss. There was a minimum order as well so hoping to clear that hurdle. Hope to have some info this week but I think it'll work.
