Most of the guys I've talked to who run inboard jets say the heater/defrosters are "ok".
Anyway to improve them from ok to good? Things I thought about were possibly insulating the heater hoses from the motor to the dash and floor outlets and possibly putting a higher thermostat in the motor.
Anyone do any worthwhile mods to their heaters? Were the results worth it?

water temp that you are running in is part of the problem if you are not running a closed loop system.

Anything you can do to increase the amount of hot water getting to the heater. Large dia. double insulated heater hose, Thermostat in engine, heater water pump, large heater inlet and outlet, double stack heaters.
