That's a fatty. Other than the hog I caught in the Kenai, 24" has been about the size of all the biggest ones I've caught, but they've only been around 4lbs.
I caught a couple 25 inchers 2 years ago before the derby. Didn't weigh them, but they were fat.

I know how to load them from my camera, but have yet to figure out how to do it with my phone.
Congratulations, that's a good one. Great job. It should get you close if the lady doesn't enter another steel-head.

Hook the phone to the computer with the cord. Go into "This PC". In the menu of devises hooked to the computer you will see the drives and the USBs. Click on your phone. On that menu you will see every thing in your phone. Click on camera, pictures or DCIM (pictures can be in any of those places). Find the picture/pictures you want and load them to your computer. Then they can be loaded to this site.

I hope this helps. It is for a PC desk top and a Samsung Phone.

You can also send the pictures from your phone to your email but that reduces the size of your pictures and the picture quality.

You can also find a 14 year old to help you, they are fast but sometimes snotty. :D

You can also see the picture on the Trustworthy Facebook page… it’s a public page so you don’t need a Facebook account to view it.

That’s a tank of a rainbow!! Good job!

My son took 1st place last year with a 5,26 Rainbow. There have only been 2 I can think of in this derby that were larger. Both brought in by the same woman in the past few years.

I was on the phone when I set the hook. Of course I tossed the phone. LOL. I called my friend right back after I landed the fish. Eight minutes to get it on the ice. 4 pound test line on a tiny rod I won from Trustworthy for last years entry.

Nice job!
I can never seem to win in that derby.
There have been 8 winners who were fishing with me when they won.
But my biggest derby fish always get eclipsed by somebody else!

Many years ago I was fishing with a buddy on a tiny lake that feeds another larger lake. We drill a couple holes and almost imediattly he hooked a big one. He couldn't get out of there fast enough to get to Soldotna and get it weighed. I don't remember how big it was, but he won some prizes.

Well, that didn't last long. Dude brought in a 6.96 pound Rainbow. Someone else had a 5 pounder and there are 2 that measure 24' in the C&R category.
