How close to being legal?

Having never really looked into or knowing much about Sheep hunting how close to being legal is this Ram?

Need to really see it from the side but it doesn't look like the tips come up very high so it is likely not close. Looks to be between 3/4 and 7/8 curl

Marty is right on here. There's no way to tell unless you have an unobstructed side view. That being said, he's not legal - I agree with Marty's estimation of it's size.
