Job: Housekeeper
We are a 12 room motel located in Cooper Landing, AK which is 100 miles from Anchorage, 45 miles from Seward and 45 miles from Soldotna. We are across the street from the World Famous Kenai River. The area offers endless summer time activities that people from all over come to enjoy by the thousands. We are extremely busy June through September. Position Starts May 18[SUP]th[/SUP] through September 23[SUP]rd[/SUP] 2018.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Making beds and tidying up rooms
• Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning windows, cleaning bathrooms and showers
• Doing Laundry daily
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Greeting guests upon arrival and departure
• Apparel display and retail
• Must be comfortable with cleaning on a daily basis
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instruction
• Remain active all day
• Maintain a clean professional appearance. NO DRUG USE
• Be a TEAM player
• Be ok with working in a remote environment with limited services
• Willing to pitch in and assist anywhere needed

• Job Timeframe: (End of May to end of Sept 2018)
• Schedules change with the season and number of guests staying. Generally work 4-6 days a week 6-9 hours a day. (FLEXIBILITY is 100% must in this business). July and August are EXTREMELY busy so expect to work 6 days a week. June and Sept are not as busy, there will days’ work hours are limited.
• Housing is available onsite with very reasonable rates that can be worked off working at front desk/gift shop.
