Homer boat storage suggestions....anybody got any?

There is Homer Boat yard 235 7168
and there is Northern Ent with the big lift. There used to be another one but the Honda Dealer is setting in that space now.
There are a couple back by Anchor Point if you don't mind dragging the boat about 25 miles to the launch ramp in Homer.
IMHO the closer you find a storage yard to the spit, the higher their asking price...

I use George's storage out on east end road. 92.00 a month but it's covered.
