HHA OL 5000 sight problem

I have a friend who just broke his fiber optic pin in his sight while in the field last week. He thinks there is a fiber optic repair kit for this sight has anyone heard of it and if so who carries it? were heading to the slope in a week and have his sight where it will work but all three of us use the same sight and have noticed we all have little cracks in our fiber optic cable.
