I heard it's the same guy in both big sets.. He sold the Infinite Glory, and now has the Infinite Grace. He certainly has a knack for making the right sets. Bummer he lost the big one this year.

Had my own herring rodeo this evening. It was kinda sad, as it was pretty much over when it started. Herring were thick, and we got all we needed for bait in about 30 minutes. Never is not fun with a cast net. I have some video footage of the cast netting tonight that I'm saving for America's funniest home video. I am the worlds worst cast net thrower, and I have video proof.. Luckily the herring are so thick, the net doesn't even need to open half way.

Can you imagine the power involved with that much muscle, getting coordinated,

against your rigging ?? Don't make any mistakes now,......

That is awesome!! The trick is don't let em die, you have to keep em loose in the seine, if they die you don't have long and they want to sink and they'll take everything w/ em.....Thanks kodiakrain

Is it legal to use a cast net for herring out of Whittier? I have one from when I lived down south, but never thought about using it up here. Hmmmmm.
