I thought I heard that you could fit a 3wheeler into at least some small planes and that some people kept them just for this reason.
The reason I am asking is that the Consumer Safety Commision folks are working on new rules that ban posession of (not just the commercial sale) of 3 wheelers.
If you use a 3wheeler this way let me know, I don't want to be repeating a myth.

The Consumer Safety Folks can't ban the possession of something.

3 wheelers fit just fine in a 206...if you take off the tires and fold down the bars. You just need a crew to do the heavey lifting. Im talking about Big Red and smaller. My Honda 300 quad runner goes inside as well, but you better have two crews and tiger balm.

A Honda 90 three-wheeler fits in the back of a Cessna 180 and are not much of a problem to get in or out. They are hard to find anymore in any kind of shape that you would want to rely on. But if you have a good one, they are very valuable for this very reason.
