Hard sliding windows

What do you put on a sliding window in a boat to make easier to move ?

Maybe a dry graphite lube...???

I just flush the troughs out real good to get rid of all the sand and silt that collects in there and they work fine. Don't want them to loose or they will open from the vibration.

If the fuzzy stuff in the window tracks is salted up, making windows sticky, I wash thoroughly with fresh water, then apply silicone spray. Works like a charm.
