T, Did you guys have Murdock out with you? I would really like to get my dog (and kids) out on some Ptarmigan if you want company on another outing.

We need to round up some folks with Kiddo's and do a bird trip.

yes, Murdock was with us...and as usual, he definitely makes it much more fun, but he is a stinker sometimes as well...as far as having company, I'll keep you posted...I'll be taking the kids up the river this weekend to catch a few dollies, but perhaps the following weekend....

nah, my little guy just turned 5, I'm not ready to cut him loose on a .410 just yet...but he did manage to hit a coke can a couple times with his BB gun while we were out :)....I shot that bird with a 20ga...all were shot with the 20 or .204

at their ages, the kids seem to still enjoy playing in the mud/snow more, and that's ok too... :)
