To all hunters that transport their rifles via the air lines, What type of gun cases do you use, and how do you like them? Any recommendations appreciated. Thanks Bill.

I used to use the hard plastic double rifle cases, even with one riflewith two locks. They served me well until one got cracked from rough handling. Now I use an aluminium hard case with dual locks.

hard guns cases

hard guns cases

weatherby 2 gun aluminum diamond plate
" 4 gun " " "
Starlight ar15 plastic case 2 gun case
hardigg storm 2 gun plastic case

the 4 gun case is like a mini coffin on wheels. good for 2 guys, taking 2 rifles and 2 shotguns. doubles as a bench when waiting for people.

i prefer the aluminum cases. the latches on the hardigg are easier to work than the starlight.

Pelican travel vault. Their used by military snipers. Air purge and pressurized. One tough case. Two thumbs up. I only wish mine was a newer model with the wheels.

Pelican 1750. Lifetime warranty and a local dealer that practically gives em away.

Pelicans are hard to beat.
