Can anyone recommend a guideservice for fishing reds on the middle Kenai? I am interested in booking a trip for the 2016 season as a Christmas gift for my wife and I.

Feel free to reply to this thread or send me a PM.

Thanks in advance.

Chadwick's Fishing Guide Service is incredible. Very professional and knowledgable captain that worked his butt off to put us on the best fishing I've ever seen in my life. You can look them up @ chadwicksfishing.com and they also have a Facebook page.

Good luck!

Scott has always put us into fish on every trip. Spends extra time with the kids to teach the proper technique.

Here are a few steps you can take:

Search online: Look for guide services in the Kenai River area that specialize in fishing for red salmon. Make sure to check their websites or social media pages for information about their services, experience, and customer reviews.

Read reviews: Look for reviews from previous customers to get an idea of the quality of service provided by the guide. Positive reviews and recommendations from other anglers can be a good indication of a reliable guide service.

Contact the guide services: Reach out to the guide services you're interested in and inquire about their availability, rates, and any other specific questions you may have. This will give you an opportunity to gauge their responsiveness and customer service.

Compare options: Once you've gathered information from different guide services, compare their offerings, prices, and availability to find the one that best suits your needs.

Greg Brush with E. Z. Limit. They don't hardly make guides like him anymore. Absolute professional that won't blow smoke.

Saw a guide on the kasilof the other day, he was in a 10'ish rubber raft with 2 other guys floating down. That raft was PACKED full with gear and people, I'm surprised it floated. That being said, anything bigger than a rubber raft/canoe will have a hard time getting over those rocks and around the boulders, the water is still low
