I recently installed new ITP SS108 black wheels and 26" SwampLite tires (that actually measure out at 27") on my new King Quad. Well even with a big bore you notice enough change in the gearing that the machine doesn't feel like it used to. So whats the fix???? A clutch kit! I removed the belt and both the secondary and primary clutches, installed a new spring in my secondary and new roller weights in my primary, all this done in about an hour in my garage and cost me about $75 and the results are.......simply AWESOME! I could never do stuff like this with my Honda, big tires ribbed both the power and the gearing and you just did lots and lots of shifting to get around. In an hour in my garage I have essentially turned this thing into a monster and the performance is insane good! Modern technology is a beautiful thingh.
