Can you show any studies to prove your point, studies that are NOT paid for with govt money?
In short, no...carbon emissions are self-reported by each individual country to the United Nations, which compiles the data. Each person can choose to believe that data, or believe it's all a big global conspiracy...

And to continue that train of thought, the self-reporting is believed to be way under-estimated by certain countries (for obvious political reasons), so the actual carbon emissions are probably much higher than what gets reported. Wouldn't be in their self interests to actually over-report. So CD's quote of 100:1 is actually quite low as it's much higher than that. Can't conspiracy theory this one away!!!! But I'm sure some will try!!!!

But global conspiracy is way more fun than plowing through data and reports.

It takes zero effort to mindlessly deny reality, disavow responsibility...to toss out nonsense such as "the Apollo missions were faked", "the Earth is flat like a Frisbee" "it's because of volcanos", "it's a natural cycle and we can't do anything about it", and challenge everybody else to prove your nonsense wrong. Yet reality persists. This is reality:

Hmm, 2022 is the highest measurement, Hmmm right around the same time as the new world order (united nations) and the like created the global change BS....

But if I'm to believe the "experts" can predict the next 20ish years are going to heck because of manmade climate change, please tell me why they can't predict the next weeks weather accurately??

It's pretty well common knowledge that large volcanic eruptions cause global cooling events, see the term volcanic winter. This is caused by massive amounts of sulfur dioxide and other fine aerosol particles that block sunlight from reaching the earth. Most recently when Mount PInatubo erupted global temperatures dropped for 2-3 years. The "Year Without a Summer" in 1815 was caused by the eruption of Mount Tambora. The eruption of Mount Okmok in the Aleutians in 43 BC likely helped usher in the end of the Roman Republic and the end of Pharos in Egypt. There are numerous other examples of global cooling caused by volcanic eruptions. However, the Tonga eruption earlier this year sent so much water vapor into the stratosphere that it is expected to actually increase global temperatures for years and potentially for decades. This singular event increased the water content in the stratosphere by as much as 10%. I've also read reports that claimed in the immediate aftermath of the Tonga eruption atmospheric CO2 spiked by 2 ppm, which would be about the amount of rise for an entire year.

Hmmmmm, I graduated from university with my science degree in the earth sciences in the 1970's. Back then it was called global warming, caused by increased CO2 in the atmosphere and we studied it extensively. This concept was known long before the rise of the "new world order".
In 1896, a seminal paper by Swedish scientist Svante Arrhenius first predicted that changes in atmospheric carbon dioxide levels could substantially alter the surface temperature through the greenhouse effect. In 1938, Guy Callendar connected carbon dioxide increases in Earth's atmosphere to global warming.

Ice Age are relatively rare over earth's lifespan so far:

Over this period, five great ice ages have occurred, with durations ranging from about 30 to 215 million years. For the rest of the period—more than 70 percent of its history—Earth appears to have been in a greenhouse state: largely ice free, even at the poles.

Greenhouse– Icehouse Earth

Like it or not, we are still in one:

The Quaternary glaciation, also known as the Pleistocene glaciation, is an alternating series of glacial and interglacial periodsduring the Quaternary period that began 2.58 Ma (million years ago) and is ongoing.[1][2][3] Although geologists describe this entire period up to the present as an "ice age", in popular culture this term usually refers to the most recent glacial period, or to the Pleistocene epoch in general.[4] Since Earth still has polar ice sheets, geologists consider the Quaternary glaciation to be ongoing, though currently in an interglacial period.

And global temperatures can vary radically and abrubtly within an ice age:

What is an ice age?

An ice age is a long interval of time (millions to tens of millions of years) when global temperatures are relatively cold and large areas of the Earth are covered by continental ice sheets and alpine glaciers. Within an ice age are multiple shorter-term periods of warmer temperatures when glaciers retreat (called interglacials or interglacial cycles) and colder temperatures when glaciers advance (called glacials or glacial cycles).

At least five major ice ages have occurred throughout Earth’s history: the earliest was over 2 billion years ago, and the most recent one began approximately 3 million years ago and continues today (yes, we live in an ice age!). Currently, we are in a warm interglacial that began about 11,000 years ago. The last period of glaciation, which is often informally called the “Ice Age,” peaked about 20,000 years ago. At that time, the world was on average probably about 10°F (5°C) colder than today, and locally as much as 40°F (22°C) colder.

Do ice ages come and go slowly or rapidly?

Records show that ice ages typically develop slowly, whereas they end more abruptly. Glacials and interglacials within an ice age display this same trend.
On a shorter time scale, global temperatures fluctuate often and rapidly. Various records reveal numerous large, widespread, abrupt climate changes over the past 100,000 years. One of the more recent intriguing findings is the remarkable speed of these changes. Within the incredibly short time span (by geologic standards) of only a few decades or even a few years, global temperatures have fluctuated by as much as 15°F (8°C) or more. For example, as Earth was emerging out of the last glacial cycle, the warming trend was interrupted 12,800 years ago when temperatures dropped dramatically in only several decades. A mere 1,300 years later, temperatures locally spiked as much as 20°F (11°C) within just several years. Sudden changes like this occurred at least 24 times during the past 100,000 years. In a relative sense, we are in a time of unusually stable temperatures today—how long will it last?

Settled Science???? I read it on the internet so it's gotta be true....
Carry on!

The I'm sure you're familiar with acid rain? And you probably know that every prediction about the end of the world due to man caused global warming/cooling/change has never come to be, right?

Are you familiar with all the emails between global warming scientist where they are discussing how everything is faked for the money they get in the form of grants?

Did they explain to you in your college classes that the temp has been changing on this planet every day since the beginning of time? And it has NOTHING to do with human intervention of any sort?

The poles could melt, the planet could freeze over, the poles could shift or drift, Antartica could move to the equator again and there is not one thing man could do to start, stop or prevent these things from happening. Its all part of the cycle of the planet.

Just because some people don't like those facts doesn't mean the rest of us need to fall into their emotional disorder or let ourselves be dragged into those disorders.

All of this changing in the planet will without a doubt have an effect on the wildlife, some will die off, some will thrive. The only thing man can do is get a better control over the commercial fishing, so they don't wipe out a species, which IS a man caused problem

How many of those eruptions did the "experts" accurately predict?

I don't deal in conspiracy theories, I deal in verifiable scientific facts.
You can believe anything you want. So can I.
Your entire post is a perfect example of Brandolini's Law.
Brandolini’s law (also called the asymmetry principle), is the adage that “the amount of energy needed to refute is an order of magnitude bigger than to produce it”. This denotes that it’s generally much easier to say something without concern for things such as the truth, evidence, or logic, than it is to prove that what was said is wrong.

Please show me when your variable scientific facts have actually come true. The "experts" cant accurately predict the weather for next week much less predict it for 20 years out. All I ask is for you to use whatever "facts and predictions" they have stated in the past 60 years have come to fruition.

They've been crying the end of the world because of acid rain, global warming, global cooling and now weather change for decades and NONE of the predictions have come true. BUT they have lined their pockets with plenty of govt. money by marching to the govt drums....

Only one example, please

Here you go. Actually documented in a reputable scientific source, unlike conspiracy theories.
I've got a whole bunch more than one, what with being a former professional scientist and all that. But then I'm reaching into Brandolini's Law territory, so I won't bother.

Thats funny!!

Those of us who recognize climate change as a natural cycle of the planet say the same thing except humans have nothing to do with the changes

Chez, while your command of conspiratorial gibberish is quite impressive, you might want to at least learn to distinguish between weather and climate before attempting to discredit collective human scientific knowledge regarding the current cause of planetary warming.

It is absurd to me that one political party of one country is advocating trillions in additional debt and inflation of energy costs because they believe they can reduce the temperature of the entire earth (or meaningfully slow the rate of warming). Meanwhile, China, India and Indonesia will all hit coal production records in 2022.

These attempts to reduce the temperature of the earth don't seem realistic considering the US is denying permits for the major copper mines that are needed to advance the agenda.

Not withstanding the supposed ban on discussing overt political content on this forum where a political party is being blamed for something, the lack of logical thought here is evident. Especially since said political party exists no where except in the USA and the originator fails to realize that the rest of the world does not have that certain political party, yet is so far advanced in front of the USA in advocating change for global warming, it's actually absurd. Even though they don't have that certain political party.

Wildlife is going to need cool water and intact habitat to move to as their preferred habitats change. Removing quality habitat from them will stress wildlife more. We humans hold incredible power, we can take habitat away it took the earth thousands of years or more to build.
